The Large Electrical Transmission Tower is fabricated from high-tensile Q345B carbon steel with a yield strength of 345 MPa to withstand longitudinal tensions and vertical loads of several hundred kilonewtons. Every structural member undergoes a hot-dip galvanization process (ISO 1461), applying a zinc layer exceeding 86μm for a maintenance-free service life of 50 to 100 years.
